Let’s make everything clear before you arrive
Check-in is from 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. We’re happy to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs whenever possible.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement only
Children are very welcome to enjoy the villa and its surroundings. We simply ask that they are accompanied by an adult at all times so everyone can relax and have a safe, enjoyable stay. High chair and cot available on request.
Yes. The villa has excellent transport links and is convenient for several airports, including Perugia, which is approximately 45 minutes away. The property is located just off the road through the Niccone Valley and sits at the end of a long, scenic private drive, offering both easy access and complete privacy.
A selection of first-class chefs and local cooks is available upon request.
The villa is conveniently located near several charming towns, including Mercatale, just 10 minutes away, where you’ll find a supermarket and bakery. The famous hilltop town of Cortona is approximately 35 minutes away and offers a wide range of attractions, restaurants, and museums.
